MassBay Joins ECAC Esports League

MassBay Community College is excited to announce the launch of a new partnership with the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) for all eSports competitions.

ECAC Esports sponsors leagues and games for more than 300 colleges and universities across the United States including eight other community colleges as well as twelve schools from Massachusetts. 

The Fall season will begin on September 15th, with MassBay offering opportunities to compete in the folloiwng games:

• Rocket League
• Apex Legends
• Valorant
• Team Fight Tactics
• Fortnite Build - Trios
• Fortnite Zero Build
• Overwatch 2
• Hearthstone
• Marvel Rivals
• Super Smash Brothers Ultimate
• The Show 25
• FC26
• Madden 26
• NBA 2k26

To be eligible to compete on one of our intercollegiate esports teams, students must be enrolled in classes at MassBay, and maintain a 2.0 GPA or better.
